All orders are discreetly packed with no way of seeing what is inside and processed within 1 full business day. We typically do same-day shipping on any orders placed before 10AM PST.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above $130. We have a flat rate shipping & processing fee of $25 for any order with express shipping.

All products are updated in real-time based on stock keeping units. If your item is out of stock you won’t be able to order it until it’s restocked. We’ll do our best to restock as soon as possible. 

Product Questions

Shelf life is dependent on the type of product, but generally all products will last at least 6 months to 2 years if kept in a cool dark place at room temperature. If you’re worried about shelf-life, we recommend storing your products in a fridge or freezer.

Shots should be consumed within one month once opened. Otherwise, they’re good for one year.

Most of our mushroom products are locally sourced but ultimately it depends on the brand and their source. 

All of our products container Penis Envy or the Golden Teacher strain of Psilocybe cubensis.

Due to magic mushroom’s extreme short-term tolerance build up known as tachyphylaxis, we recommend separating larger doses by at least 5 days apart, and one day in-between microdosing. See our Dosing Guide for more information.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once payments have been processed. We try to work as quickly as possible when it comes to processing and fulfilling orders, but if you need to change or swap out any items, please email us at contact@polkadotchocolatecompany.com

For International orders, we accept payments via Crypto and Paypal.
